Five years counts an LLC formed in January. Where a charge falls on a fixed date, forming later in the year can add one payment inside the period, so a range shows the least and the most. Late fees, franchise taxes that depend on income, and city or county licences are left out. Each state's name links to a full guide on BaseAcross, and the interactive fee table compares any formation month.
